In some instances, you can cover what you need with specific questions as to the due diligence our third party performs on its vendors.... If they've already done it and will attest to it, you may be covered. Other instances may require coordination between our third party and its third party for an additional questionnaire or additional information.

Subject: Fourth Party Vendors
I've recently been struggling a lot with fourth party vendor reviews and collecting the right due diligence. First, I'm not sure the best way to reach out for the information. Second, I'm unsure if I should gather all the same documentation that I do for my third parties or not. Anyone have any advice? What has worked best for you? Thanks in advance.
