    Do you run your staffing/employment agencies through the VM process if so, What type of due diligence documentation do you request of these types of vendors? Or do you exclude these types of relationships from full due diligence and ongoing monitoring?

    Hello, 

    Yes, Although there isn't a great deal of due diligence requirements for staffing agencies there are a number of questions you should be asking. 

    • Does the agency track it's client satisfaction rate?
    • How do they handle disputes if a candidate does not perform as expected?
    • How rigorous is the recruiting process? There should be a 10% funnel meaning that for every 1000 candidates screened, 100 are interviewed and 10 are hired.
    • What kind of industry certifications does agency's recruiters have? (AIRS, NAPS, TSI, etc.)
