I would like to get different opinions on what you report particularly to upper management pertaining to your organizations 3rd Parties. We normally capture and present the below as key metrics and I was wondering if there are other metrics that may be important to executive management.
    1. The number of critical third-parties to the organization
    2. What are the products or services these critical third-parties provide
    3. Where are the critical third parties located? (country risk)
    4. Annual spend on critical third party
    5. Compliance rate to the policy
I am curious to know if there are any other matrices that would be beneficial to report?

We also report on trends, upcoming critical 3P's, and threats relative to use of 3rd and nth parties.

If context of your question was around, periodic update to Upper management -

I would add,  Volume of Supplier reviews completion status, against average time taken per supplier, risk levels of each supplier reviewed, RED flags per supplier, risk remediation status, deviations to SOW/Contract
