    Anyone else familiar with #HowToContract on LinkedIn? I recently stumbled across it and have found it to be a pretty good resource. I'll attach a sample posting. ​

    Hello everyone,

    Could any1 please suggest a clause for global vendor's IT resources which will be working in our organization in order to protect the organization from getting any fines if they r not registered within the jurisdiction 

    "The service provider will obtain all licenses,permits or approvals necessary for them to provide the service under the scope of the contract and incur the liability .....
