I always try to include an indemnification clause in a vendor contract, especially if the vendor is dealing with customer data. I haven't dealt with the specific type of vendor/program you reference, however.

Quick ques - if we r getting into a contract with the new vendor where banks customers will get Into a loyalty program,they will earn and redeem points for shopping,reserved parking etc through the vendor.
Is there a requirement for indemnification clause in the contract because vendor doesn't agree on one?
Atleast a mutual indemnification clause?
Please note vendor will have access to customers NPPI and infosec due diligence has been performed.
